Business session ( Yrityskuvaus Jyväskylä ) – photos in the company is a product mainly aimed at the broadly understood business: corporations, hotels, restaurants, SPA salons, law offices and any other business depending on the needs of marketing campaigns and ideas for advertising. In this session, I work with more people. I can take portrait / image photos: individual and group photos, in the company’s space (also on a uniform background) or outdoors, “company life” situational photos, interior and culinary photos, photos of products in the company’s space. The choice of the type of photos depends on the client. We arrange all the details before the photo session. Why take business photos? Thanks to a professional business session and cooperation with a photographer, you have the opportunity to plan the construction of your company, brand or person in a transparent and consistent manner. Professional photos can be used on many levels in which the company operates: website, communication outside and inside the business, social media, advertising materials in electronic and printed version, articles in portals and printed magazines and many others depending on needs. As a standard, the price of the session includes:
- professionally made photos selected by the client in an electronic version, available for download via the ftp server
- photos without my logo (with the client’s logo on request) in maximum resolution and FullHD resolution (for online use)
- consultations before the session and during the session – co-creating the action plan, determining the details of the photos and how to prepare for the photo session: make-up of people participating in the session, styling, proper interior and accessories preparation
- appropriate session duration
- possibility to buy additional photos from the session
- graphic processing of photos in terms of appropriate brightness, color, contrast, cropping, etc.
- appropriate retouching
- taking photos with the use of professional equipment and techniques used for advertising photography

During the business session, I had the pleasure of working with the Supradent Matuszewscy dental clinic from Jelenia Góra. It was a very complex project. The photo session lasted two days. During the first day, I took individual portrait photos for each team member on a uniform background, individual photos of the clinic’s owners in the company and group photos also in the client’s space. These photos were used for branding for the new website of the clinic, for communication on the website in the “TEAM” tab, as well as for the presentation of dentists, hygienists and other team members on social media and in company materials.
The owner of the clinic, Szymon Matuszewski, described our cooperation in this way after the photo session:
“I don’t like photo sessions, especially those relating to the company, i.e. a team of a dozen or so people. Why? A lot of preparation, the need to find a day or two and a lot of unknowns, e.g. whether nobody gets sick, whether everyone will sleep, what moods they will be in, whether they will smile, whether the make-up artist will not run out of a suitable foundation at the last minute. Basically it can be summed up in one word – madness. However, I am calm with Klaudia, she will always come up with something, she will cope with any challenge, she will find a way out of even quite unusual situations. I admire her ingenuity and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions. The atmosphere it creates is also extremely important – on the one hand stimulating and on the other relaxing. Of course, technically it is not only pure pleasure, but also full professionalism. I recommend working with Klaudia to all those for whom a company photo session is a challenge, and at the same time they care about a great end result. ”

The second day of the session assumed the taking of situational photos that were to be posted on the website, to social media for the planned advertising campaign planned for a minimum of a year, for leaflets, advertising brochures, banners and other printed materials. During the session, of course, I focused heavily on the owners of the clinic, who are the leaders of this place. My task was to present the clinic as a very professional place for which the quality of the services provided is at the highest level.
The owner of the clinic decided that he also needed a few photos from the life of the clinic, directly unrelated to the procedures performed, and photos of machines and devices used in the clinic. I took photos at the reception desk and during a conversation between doctors and patients, as well as “product” photos. Each photo was later used as a medium in social media to convey specific content.
